Malekan, registered as Zarei Maleki General Trading L.L.C, is a Dubai-based manufacturer and exporter of premium raisins, dates and dried fruits. From our base at Captain Building in Al Ras, the historic trading heart of Deira, we bring together traditional cultivation and modern processing. Because we manufacture everything ourselves, our partners buy first hand, straight from the source.

Al Ras has traded dried fruit for over a century. We are proud to carry that heritage forward with a modern production line, disciplined food-safety practice and a network of growers we trust season after season.

Optical and laser sorting removes discoloured fruit and foreign material at speed. Metal detection and sieving follow, and trained inspectors make the final call on every batch. Moisture is measured and logged so texture stays consistent from carton to carton.
