Our Story
Driven by Passion, Defined by Quality
Rooted in experience and shaped for global markets.
We deliver premium dried fruits with a standard of quality that speaks for itself. Every harvest begins in sun-drenched orchards and vineyards, where fruit ripens slowly under dry mountain air before it is picked, cured and prepared the traditional way.
From the first cutting to the final pack, our growers and our production team work as one, so what reaches your table carries the honest flavour of the land.

From Field to Pack
How a Great Harvest Happens
Five stages, one standard. This is the journey every raisin, date and pistachio takes before it earns the Malekan name.
Cultivation
Vines and palms are tended through the season by growers we have worked with for years. Water, soil and canopy are managed so the fruit develops full sugar and flavour, not just size.
Harvest at Peak
Picking dates are set orchard by orchard. Grapes are cut when the sugars peak; Mazafati dates are gathered at the moist, caramel stage that gives them their signature softness.
Sun Drying and Curing
Raisins cure on beds under open sun and dry mountain air. Time does the work; no rushed heat, no shortcuts. This slow cure builds the deep colour and chew our buyers recognise.
Cleaning and Sorting
Every batch passes washing, de-stemming, laser sorting and manual inspection. Our production line ensures the final product is free of foreign material and defects.
Grading and Packing
Fruit is graded by size, colour and moisture, then packed to order: bulk cartons for industry, retail-ready formats for shelves, or your own private label.
The Growing Regions
High Plains, Dry Air, Honest Fruit
Our fruit comes from high-altitude orchards where hot days and cool nights concentrate sweetness naturally. Malayer vineyards give us classic dark raisins; sun-gold sultanas come from lowland vines; Bam's palm groves produce the Mazafati dates prized across the Gulf.
- Malayer and Kashmar vineyards for raisins and kishmish
- Bam date groves for fresh Mazafati
- Piarom terraces for the "chocolate date"
- Rafsanjan orchards for Akbari, Fanduki and Ahmad Aqaei pistachios
